What is AMEC?

AMEC is a part of the AMRON Environmental Group.

We not only clean and restore polluted environments but also utilize these environments.

AMEC intends to push forward further research and development and make an effort toward the realization of “low-load environment through advanced technology.”

The original intention of AMEC was to “contribute to the society.”

AMRON, which has been in the steel business since 1948, started an environmental business in the form of volunteer activities such as water purification and soil improvement.Initially, we were very apprehensive about conducting these volunteer activities, which are in a field different from the original business, but we gradually spread our activities on the basis of the idea of “contributing to the society by action.”

Today, as an environmental material manufacturer, we consult with many customers every day.Our idea of “contributing to the society through environmental cleanup” has been steadfast since the beginning.

When AMEC starts any consultation process, a special sales representative and an engineer is specially assigned to each customer; they responsibly help the customer solve the problem.

In addition to the results of large-scale public works projects,the technique of “on-site cleanup,” developed by AMEC, where pollution is cleansed on site instead of being dumped in other places, is registered in the New Technology Information System (NETIS).
